Privacy Policy — Financial BPO
Dohko Technology respects its users' privacy and is committed to protecting personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian LGPD.
1. What the application reads and writes
Financial BPO reads the title, stage, amount and the company or contact name of the deals where it is used. It writes nothing to the CRM.
2. Data we store
Notes (text, deal, author and date), the activity log (180 days), the Bitrix24 account identifier and domain and the list of people who can see the dashboard.
3. Credentials
Bitrix24 OAuth tokens are encrypted on the server and deleted when the application is uninstalled.
4. Security
Communication with Bitrix24 uses HTTPS. In the tab, each user sees only the deal they can open in Bitrix24. Dashboard and settings are restricted as described in the Terms of Use.
5. Deletion
Stored data can be deleted on request through support: (11) 4293-0188. The deals in your CRM remain there.
