1. Service

Financial BPO, by Dohko Technology, is a Bitrix24 application that keeps notes linked to CRM deals and shows them on a dashboard.

2. Activation and license

Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop use until renewal; registered data is kept.

3. Access

The deal tab is available to whoever can open the deal in Bitrix24. The dashboard is restricted to Bitrix24 administrators and the people they choose; settings, to administrators.

4. Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the information entered in the application and for checking it.
